PFA-A/C Series Industrial Centrifugal Fan

PERFORMANCE
This industrial centrifugal fan is designed to convey air and other gases that are non-flammable, harmless to humans, and non-corrosive to steel materials. The gas must be free of sticky substances, and the concentration of hard dust particles must not exceed 150 mg/m³; the gas temperature must not exceed 120°C. Suitable for indoor ventilation in general factories and buildings, the fan can be used for either air intake or exhaust applications. The unit primarily consists of an impeller, casing, air inlet, frame, base, and bearing housing, and utilizes a belt drive system. Impeller: Composed of 10 backward-curved airfoil blades, a curved front shroud, and a flat back plate; it undergoes dynamic balancing as well as aerodynamic and operational performance testing. Casing: Features a reinforced volute-style housing, ensuring balanced operation, low vibration, high efficiency, and a long service life. Air Inlet: Manufactured as a single piece (fully molded) and mounted on the side of the fan; the cross-section parallel to the axis is curved to facilitate smooth gas entry into the impeller with minimal loss. Drive Assembly: Comprises the main shaft, bearing housing, and coupling. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel, and the bearing housing features a unitary structure utilizing rolling-element bearings (available in water-cooled or oil-cooled versions). It employs European-standard pulleys, ensuring easy assembly/disassembly and low vibration.
